Pickles & Sauerkraut

All our products are raw and naturally probiotic. Our pickles and sauerkraut are spontaneously fermented in stainless steel tanks with sea salt–no vinegar is ever used. While this traditional method of preservation takes much longer than more common commercial processes, it results in a much better flavor as well as significant health benefits such as improved digestion and strengthened immune systems by bolstering the population and diversity of the body’s microflora.
